We want you to fall in love with every fragrance you order from Get n Style. But if something isn’t right, we offer a fair and simple return process.

Eligibility

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify.

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling or opened bottles/testers are not eligible for return.

Process

  1. Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email with your order details.

  2. Our team will verify your request and guide you through the return process.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

Refunds

  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect after approval.

  • For exchanges, you may choose another fragrance of equal or higher value (with the price difference paid).
